Monday Morning Blog: “Flows That Exist Among God’s Royalty” ~ To subscribe call: 415-333-1970

Previously we dealt with the flow of the Holy Spirit and keeping good communications with God in your human spirit. Dark spots are areas where communications get disconnected, very similar to your cell phone to where you cannot make a good solid communication with the cell tower. The difference is, in the spiritual realm, a dark spot can occur in the most unusual and unpredictable place.
To show you how dramatic the spiritual occurrence can be, picture this: a well-rounded married couple is having a romantic dinner in a five-star beautiful French restaurant with the most exquisite meal set before them. Their dinner is perfect, the conversation is captivating, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the presence of God hovers all around them like a beautiful aurora of God’s glory.
Then, nonchalantly, the wife delicately says she received a bill in the mail and she mentions the company’s name. Suddenly a dark spot appears in the husband’s mood and erases all of the wonder they were experiencing just a few seconds ago. The husband vividly remembers the company, and a bad person from that organization that he had talked to, and suddenly the conversation is rehearsed in his mind in a matter of seconds. If he is not careful he will explode with the same anger he had back then ~ right there in this beautiful, wonderful, exquisite, French restaurant.
What I just explained to you is the power that a dark spot can have if you are not aware and prepared. To prevent this disastrous moment in time from happening requires an incredibly significant power of self-control. That’s why the Apostle James said, “Do the hard work of getting along with each other, treating each other with dignity and honor.” In instances like this I have learned that you have got to skate over dark spots in the spirit without responding. Let me explain.
Jesus said the words that you hear, no matter how derogatory or cutting they may appear to be, couldn’t affect you. It is only that which comes out of your own mouth that poisons and punishes you. I have found this to be especially true in close relationships, such as those with relatives and even intimate family members. All of the relationships I am dealing with in this article are what the military would call “friendly fire” ~ when someone you are working with and even love and hold very close to you, makes a mistake by talking or referring to an untouchable area of your life or a wounding subject.
A more serious danger is the weapon that I will term, “the ex-wife”. This could be a person, a subject of a conversation, or a past event ~ whatever it is that has access to all of your private personal soft spots in your spirit. As you can just imagine, this is critical and dangerous and is a secret weapon that satan has used for years against us Christians. Even now he is trying to hide its intensely wounding power from you.
I want to take a moment and explain how God revealed to me this spiritual answer in dealing with the, “ex-wife” factor. Most of you have been faithfully receiving my Friday Morning Blog and will remember that the Lord spoke to me about the systems software called ISO7 (which will be released on the iPhone this October). Apple has been so kind to me that they have sent me an advance Beta-test version of the ISO7 software. Yesterday I was receiving an annoying phone call from somebody in another country. Suddenly the Holy Spirit whispered to me to check out a certain feature on the new ISO7 software. I looked at it and noticed a new button that said, “Block this caller.”
Wow! By simply pushing that one button the caller will never bother me on my phone again! The Lord continued speaking to me and said the Holy Spirit search engine is just as wonderful as that, and even more cleansing. Not only will the Holy Ghost block an annoying message that an evil spirit is trying to put in your mind, but also it will accurately block the evil spirit’s influence on any part of your life, body, or future direction. More advanced then any cell phone program could ever do, the Holy Spirit gives you spiritual premonition. That means you honestly can sense in the your spirit when something bad is coming your way.
These things that I am mentioning are skills that must be practiced and learned by your spirit and exercised every day. The Apostle Paul told us, in Hebrews 5:14, “But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.” So, not only are you keeping your mouth shut and not responding to negative attacks, you are also having the Holy Spirit block harmful callers. At the same time the Holy Spirit builds up a resistance against any spiritual infection that a negative spirit may try to cause.
Now I must clarify something. When it comes to sensitivity in the Spirit at this microscopic level, you must make your “yeas yea” and your “nays nay”. In other words, you must be clear and not waver like the waves of the sea that are driven and tossed by every spirit that is around. Just shut the door. There are many tricks that satan uses in our minds to try to get us to waver. For example; he will say things like, “You must have an open mind,” “You should look at both sides of the issue,” and the list goes on and on. Satan, the father of liars, is constantly having little babies that are trying to weed their way into your thinking and make you doubt just a little bit. Cast them out and, “Block the caller.”
This activity of the Holy Spirit is displayed metaphorically as fire. In Ezekiel 1 it describes an enfolding consuming fire that is protecting the messengers of God. Jesus told His disciples they will be baptized with the fire of the Holy Ghost. On the day of Pentecost when the Christians in the upper room received the gift of the Holy Ghost it appeared unto them as a consuming fire. Today, when computer technology is being protected the device is described as a firewall.
It is no accident that fire has been long been a Biblical description of purification. Is not gold tried in the fire? What I am trying to tell you is that constantly the Holy Ghost should be running in your spirit like a constant burning fire purifying you from occurring dark spots. You do not have to fight people, even though they may be the ones bringing dark spots to you. You must realize that the Holy Spirit alone is your protection and does not need any help from your flesh. Stay in that perfect place, the presence of the Lord…
