Writing With No Condemnation

This is the first time I’ve written this type of blog before. But as I was praying this week, I felt it was very important that I share with you the details behind the writing of last week’s Friday Blog. As you know, it was not sent out on Friday, but much later. I want to share with you what happened behind the scenes.

If you recall, the Lord dealt with me regarding a song about the Lion of Judah, and how I had been praying wrong by asking God to make me nameless and faceless. As I shared the whole revelation that God had given me to a small prophetic group I was meeting with, Timothy Snodgrass came up beside me and gently corrected me, stating that I’d misunderstood Paul Caine’s original prophecy. The next day (a Sunday) while I was preaching, the Lord emphatically told me not to speak to anyone after I finished the sermon, but to leave the building immediately. The Lord then said, “One person will meet you and follow you to the door. That is the one you are to speak with because he has a very important message for you.”

This was most unusual, because I always stand around and fellowship with people after every service. Sure enough, as I was hurrying to the door to leave, Reverend Bryan (who pastors a fellowship in Sunnyvale) told me he’d just had a dream and that he’d also received an electronic fax regarding a major prophet. When Timothy (who was with me) and I heard his dream, Timothy felt that it was a warning concerning the writing of my blog, and that I should be very careful how I wrote it so no condemnation would be in it ~ nothing that could harm another ministry.

The next day I spent much time in prayer concerning how to write the blog. Suddenly the Lord spoke to me and simply said, “Tell the truth. That it is all your fault!” Wow! The Lord’s words were so obvious and simple, that I knew it was the right answer. The whole thing I was dealing with regarding the blog was my problem of misinterpreting an incredible truth that had been given to Paul Caine. The night before I’d spent hours doing internet research to find out what other ministers had written about the prophet Paul Caine.

I discovered what was lacking in most of the writings. The ministers’ honest evaluations of Paul Caine’s prophecies. Then God spoke to me and said, “Wouldn’t it be refreshing to hear someone in leadership say, ‘I don’t fully understand what the prophet is saying, but I will pray until God shows me what it means’, rather than saying, ‘Because I don’t understand everything it must be wrong’?” Many men of God are operating at planes of revelation that are far above our levels of understanding. Full revelation will only be clarified when the events actually occur.

We, who are in the body of Christ, are very privileged to have such great prophets of God walk among us. May God remove from us all spirit of condemnation, as it says in Romans 8:1 ~ “And leave judgment to those who are in proper authority”. Haven’t we all witnessed that God is well able, on His own, to judge ministers who have compromises in their life? Many times those, who we feel should be condemned, are actually under the accusations of the “father of the liars”, and we are joining forces with our own enemy. Be careful. There is an arrogance in many of us, that we feel we have the right to judge all those in leadership. In Romans 13, Apostle Paul instructed the early church that they shouldn’t even judge the emperor (who was, at that time, Nero!) How much more should we heed Paul’s words, walk in a spirit of humility, and not speak against our fellow man.

Three weeks ago God gave me a vision of the glory of God coming down over a whole city. Then God said, “Tell every man to go visit the church of his neighbor. If the pastor tells you to talk directly to Jesus, than it’s the right church. If the pastor tells you that his is the only true church, or if he speaks against any other minister, then that church is of satan.” Too heavy! That message is still ringing in my ears. David Andrade once said to me, “Richard, Jesus told me that He wants His Church back.”
