I believe the prophet Isaiah saw the state of California and it’s beautiful future when he prophesied these words, “And an highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called the way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; but it shall be for those: the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err therein.”
Last week I shared how Paul Cain and Timothy Snodgrass both prophesied about California’s highway 5 that I am now traveling along while praying with you daily on Periscope. When I started this journey at the border of Mexico, I saw a vision of an angelic army following me. This vivid vision has continued every day of our travels. Last Wednesday night, I had a dream while I seemed awake at 3 AM in the morning. Whether I was awake or sleeping I do not know, but the dream was very real.
The angelic force that was galloping behind me walked towards my side as I was sleeping. They were huge beasts ~ kind of a cross between a bird and a horse. The Lord told me to pet them, and I found that their feathers were as soft as cashmere. But underneath, I felt the hardened steel of their bodies. I saw my daughter Misty lying asleep on the wing of one of the angelic creatures. The Lord said He is taking care of her while she recovers.
Suddenly, I saw a blazing fire and a sparkling-diamond creature, but I could not look at him because it was too bright for my eyes. Then I saw that the breakthrough angelic creature had huge emblems upon his chest and one of them exploded in front of me, causing a great impact to destroy a blockage. When I felt the other emblem on its chest it was shaking like an earthquake, and the Lord spoke to me and said, “This creature in the next few days will shake the accusers of the innocent judge, and they will be exposed to the whole nation of America.” The Lord then added, “You are sheep so you should not be afraid. These are here to ensure that only evil tares will be removed.”
The Lord then told me to climb upon the back of the breakthrough angel. There, I found a beautiful cubbyhole in his back. I could sleep inside the soft feathers like a little baby in a cocoon. The Lord said, “You are the only one who can stop the breakthrough angel. If you rest peacefully on his back, he will fight all of the battles and bring you perfect success and you will possess all that God has promised you. But if you look up and get tempted to control the breakthrough angel, or tell him it’s a mistake, then he will be angry at your words and will destroy the works of your hands.” (This I knew was a Scripture written by Solomon warning about this very thing.)
The Lord continued, “The creature knows exactly My plan for your life. You do not have to advise him, remind him, or say anything to him. Just receive the blessings that he is bringing to you.” The Lord then continued with this most important point: “This promise is not just for you, Richard, but it is for everyone that I have placed under your anointing.”
The Lord then reminded me of the time that Jesus had fallen asleep in the boat in the midst of the storm. God told me it was His will for Christ to sleep during the entire storm, but the disciples became so scared that they woke Jesus up. He was angry with the disciples for having so little faith. The storm immediately stopped when he commanded, “Peace, be still!”
God told me that for evil to be completely removed from the state of California, we’ve got to let the angelic armies complete their task. The warfare must continue until all evil is gone from our state. We must be careful not to become more merciful than God. We do not want to give the devil even a little bit of mercy. We want him completely removed from San Francisco, Los Angeles, Sacramento, and each town in the entire state of California ~ until every single home has the love of God flowing through it in all of its glory and beauty. Amen and amen!

A Place To Meet Jesus
