Today I am standing in front of the huge cliff face of El Capitan, located in the middle of Yosemite Valley. I can right now see specks of two men, and two other specks, which are two tents hanging on the sheer face of this massive cliff. These climbers are in such a precarious position, that every move they make is a life and death decision. So it is in the Christian walk. When you are seeking the high calling in Christ Jesus, every thought and intent of your heart is a life and death move.

It is the time when Jesus said He will send forth His angels to gather the tares from among the wheat, and cast the tares into the lake of fire. He will also gather His good wheat and place it into His barns. We have seen this activity occurring daily in the public’s eye. Some people have fallen, and others are being promoted to new levels of rulership that America never thought possible. This is your time for extreme prosperity so you must be vigilant and watch how you think ~ and how you even intend to think.
Guide your thoughts and make sure that they align with the word of God that has been spoken over your life. It is only His word that is going to guide you to an expected end and ensure success. Just like the extreme rock climbers that I’m admiring, every move and every thought is critical to your success in Christ Jesus.

When I was just 11 years old I was filled the Holy Spirit, and I promised God that I would be honest with His people when I grew up. I would share the private things leaders go through to people, so it would be beneficial to their personal walk with God. My childhood reason behind this decision, was because I had seen many religious leaders in my mother’s house that were different in their private life than they were in public. Now that I have reached the age of maturity, especially in my relationship with God, I found out that God is even more concerned about this very same aspect of personal integrity than I was as a child.
This now behooves me to share with you a very personal experience I had with God. On Thursday the Lord called me to pray on the top of Mount Hamilton. On my way down the mountain, out of the blue the Lord spoke to me to purchase a car mounting device for my iPhone. I responded in my mind, “But I already have one!” Yet in obedience I went to a nearby auto parts store and purchased a new one for about $14. Since I already owned one of these devices, I thought maybe it was getting old and worn out and God wanted me to have a new one to replace it if something happened. I placed the new device in my bag and left my old device on the window of my “prayer pod.”
The next day I was meeting with the prophet Timothy Snodgrass in Santa Maria. As we were driving back to the hotel from eating out together, he happened to mention that he needed a device for his window. I realized it was the exact device I had just bought at the auto parts store! When we arrived at the hotel I reached over to my window and took down my old device and gave it to him. He then started walking happily towards his car. With an almost imperceivable quiet nudge, I heard the Lord speak in the quiet recesses of my heart, “Are you sure you want to give him the old device?” Suddenly the Scripture came to my memory, “If you are faithful in little, then I will make you ruler over much.”
By this time Brother Timothy was almost to his car so I knew I had to move quickly. I called out to him but he could not hear me, so I ran like a maniac to my car. Quickly I jumped into my prayer pod and began scrambling to find the new device that was out of its box. It seemed like the more I tried to search for it the more I couldn’t find it, and I knew Timothy was about to drive away. I began to pray, “Lord, slow him down, slow him down. Do not let him drive away with my old device! Lord, he must have the new one. I have been evil God, so please have mercy on me and let him stop now!” I know this sounds crazy to some of you but I’m being honest with you in what I was going through. I finally found the new device, hopped out of the car and ran down the parking lot.
And there he was~stopped right there~almost as if in the Spirit he was waiting for me. He rolled down his window and said, “Hi! What’s up!” I just reached forward, grabbed the old device, and gave him the new one ~ with no explanation. Not until he reads this blog will he know what happened last night. But now I feel wonderful because I fulfilled what I promised God I would do when I was 11 years old. I would share with you how desperate I am to be the same person in private that you see publicly. I love you so much!
(Little things matter. Esau sold his birthright for just a small bowl of soup, probably worth less than five dollars. But his act determined that Jacob, Esau’s brother, received the nation of Israel in his lineage. Esau is forgotten and all that remains is the empty rock city called Petra, in the desert of Jordan.)o

There were times during World War II that the soldiers saw the victory before it was actually completed, but they were not allowed to write home to their families and tell them what they saw lest it cause complications in the victory. So it is with my family and I. We have seen so many things in the Spirit ~ concerning the election, and future of our nation and world we live in ~ that are so wonderful! The demise of the power of Satan is being accomplished. But as it was with the soldiers of World War II, my family and I cannot share the things that we have experienced and seen, at least not until the battle is complete.

Keep praying every day and fasting, as there is just a few more days to go until the election. But I must tell you that have I already seen that the battle is won. We will have our prayer request answered, a “unanimous election.” And it is all to the glory of God! We have not done one thing that is worthy, or even an attachment to the great mercy and the benevolent love He’s had upon America.

I have learned so much about the workings of the spiritual world, especially in high places, and I can’t wait to share it with you. But that will have to be at a later time, for right now there is still much work to be prayed over ~ with the selection of the new President’s cabinet, and that God helps him appoint a godly group. We received a warning that Satan will try to place a fly in the apothecary’s ointment.

My daughter dreamed that this “fly” will be known by his red-faced anger, and that he must be removed. We know how bad corruption has been in the past. We must pray for purity of leadership in the future ~ and this goes for the government, the church, the business world, the school system, and the family. God, give us purity.

The best way to accomplish all this is to obey the words of the prophet Timothy, who told us to be goofy, silly, happy, and sing songs of rejoicing ~ realizing that the joy of the Lord is our strength. God told me to begin praying for our future blessings, that they are released. I am giggling and so happy to see God’s wonderful blessings, as they begin to flow down from heaven to each one of you. Remember, it is all from Him. Nothing is because of us.

I write this blog at a time when things could not be more serious for our country. We are surrounded constantly by negative messages, so it is important for you to block the world’s messages out ~ and listen to the still small voice of God that spoke to you at the beginning of this current situation.

The whole tactic behind satan’s kingdom is to overwhelm you with messages so it is impossible for you to see the truth. The main focus of the attack is the word of God that was given to you. Go back to that word and rehearse daily every moment in your mind ~ and then laugh at the devil’s tactics. As Prophet Timothy Snodgrass said, “It’s time to be ‘goofy.’”

Of course you can only do this if your eyes are open and you can see that the hills around about you are filled with God’s holy angelic army ~ “For they that be with us are more than they that be with them.” This is what the prophet Elijah said to his servant, and his eyes were opened and he saw on the hills the armies of God. This is the action God requires of us every day, to believe that there are more with us than there is with the enemy. Jesus said these words in MATTHEW 6:34, “Give your entire attention to what God is doing right now, and don’t get worked up about what may or may not happen tomorrow. God will help you deal with whatever hard things come up when the time comes.”

These words are so critical to all of us because each day God is watching and listening to the thoughts and intents of your heart ~ wanting to know if they are stayed on Him because His love for you is never failing. Remember what I said the last time I spoke to the church ~ this test will determine the promotions you receive over the next 30 to 40 years of your life! I love you! Stay faithful so you can rise high!

“Then Jesus said, ‘Thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build My church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.’”
In this verse of Scripture you can see that the Lord is releasing an incredible amount of power to His people. But you must realize, to come to the place of this great power release you must many times appear to be incredibly weak and vulnerable ~ totally trusting His power alone.
Remember that the Lord said, “Wherefore I was grieved with that generation, and said, ‘They do alway err in their heart; and they have not known My ways.’” So what is the way of God?  David faced the huge giant Goliath with just a little sling and five smooth stones ~ impossible odds. The world’s most sophisticated army pursued Moses, with hundreds of thousands of slaves at the edge of the Red Sea. They were literal killing machines, only held back by the phenomenon of a pillar of fire ~ but ready to crush the slaves the moment they could. Or is it the Lord Jesus Himself, hanging naked on a cross for the sins of the entire world? In each situation we learn the ways of God. His ways are not our ways.
We were, as a church, commanded by the Lord to fast and pray for America until November eighth, Election Day. God told me through the Prophet Timothy, “Do not pray about your own situation, but instead pray for America and God’s concern for the world.” If we pray about the Lord’s concerns, He will take care of ours. Remember, you’ve got to know His ways.
It might be difficult and you need to dress appropriately, but we will continue to have church at every scheduled service at 1970 Ocean Ave (in the church, or in front of the church). Whatever, it’s going to be very enjoyable! This week we have the Holy Spirit App Store on Sunday at 11am, Sunday Worship at noon, Prophetic Service Monday with Prophet Vello Vaim at 6pm, Laughing with God Tuesday night at 7pm, Thursday and Friday prayer meetings from 8-9pm, and Lumination youth service at 6pm, held there right on schedule. When Jesus was crucified, for a moment the church with scattered. But as Jesus said, “On this rock I will build My church.” God builds the church this way, not for the purpose of making you feel comfortable, but for the purpose of giving you a firm spiritual foundation that will last for many generations. So make sure you take part in everything that God is doing with “A Place To Meet Jesus.” Your children should also take part in this as it will give them a firm foundation on the Rock!
You were all there that Sunday morning when Timothy Snodgrass prophesied that my family and I should focus on praying for America. We are being exactly obedient to that word, and invite you to join us as we pray every day on periscope. Make sure that you and your family are also obedient to the word of God.

The Lord gave me a dream last night in which I was to tell all of you to do a simple prophetic act. But first let me explain. A prophetic act refers to a simple action that God asks you to do in obedience, and then heaven will respond by fulfilling God’s promised action. For example, Jesus told the blind man to wash his eyes in the pool of Salome and his eyes were then healed. God spoke to Moses to put his rod in the Red Sea, and then the Red Sea parted for Israel to walk across. The Bible is full of stories where God gives simple basic instructions. When you are obedient to what He tells you to do, then God fulfills His promise to you.

Now about my dream… I walked into a bank and asked the person at the desk to transfer some money into an account. I waited while the person did the necessary actions on the computer screen, and then left the bank expecting the transfer to be made. But then I realized that nothing had happened. Soon I found myself back in the bank (it was a bank I’m very familiar with). But now the employees were all from the neighborhood, people that I knew, and many of them worked at the nearby Starbucks ~ not at the bank. They were all sitting around their desks having lunch and were totally enthralled with their own conversation and eating.

I realized if I was going to get their attention I was going to have to show them that I was serious about what I needed. So I spoke to one of the young men, that I knew had had a miracle occur in his life, and said, “I need your help as this money needs to be transferred.” He then looked at another lady who was busy eating a sandwich, who’d also had a real miracle when her uncle was healed of cancer. When he finally got her attention and she saw me, she realized that she had been ignoring me, even though this incredible miracle had happened in her life through my ministry.

She said, “Oh, Pastor Richard, I am sorry. Let me help you.” At this point in the dream all the workers that were sitting around the table gave me their undivided attention, and said, “How can we help you?” I must make a note here that none of these people actually worked at the bank, but I knew there was a symbolic significance because every one of them were connected to me by some miraculous happening that had occurred in their personal lives that no one would’ve known about.

At this time the whole group of employees came to a revelation that the reason the transfer had not been made was because a certain person, who was the original teller, had used “unscripted text.” I then asked the group, “How do we fix this?” Everyone just looked questioningly at each other because none of them knew the answer. I was going to ask the question again, when suddenly the Lord spoke and said, “Just go into the bank and drink a cup of water.” Immediately I felt myself coming out of a deep slumber and the Lord was instructing me, “Beware of confusion. Just do the simple act and do not allow satan to question the act in any way ~ what kind of water, what kind of container, which day ~ nor question the timing of the act.”

When I fully woke up, the Lord reminded me of the dream that the Lord had given my daughter Rocki Starr. If you remember, I shared with you the details in a previous blog. In essence what she saw in the dream was that those who were in prayer rooms to save America must pray “milk” prayers. But then she saw a prophetic act of drinking a cup of water (which at the time we didn’t know what this meant). But then yesterday, as we were traveling across the Arizona desert, she had this vision:
The floors of heaven were transparent, the bottom of the huge feet of the Lord could be seen through the floors. I was then taken above the transparent ground where I floated a little above eye level with God’s feet, which looked like gold. From the many folds of His golden robes poured out both gold and golden coins, which fell to the ground as He walked slowly. God then made the transparent ground in heaven transition to let the gold pass through and fall down to earth. I saw someone praying on earth for great wealth to be released. When the Lord looked down to earth, He told the angels to gather His robes. Two angels flew around the Lord’s towering hem and gathered it together closely to God’s ankles so that no gold could fall to earth ~ for it was not time for the wealth to come. The person continued to pray in faith. When the person was not looking for it and least expecting it, the Lord commanded the angels, “Release My garments.” Gold fell from heaven and overtook the praying person with more wealth than they were expecting or even knew what to do with.

God is ready to release financial blessings to every one of you. Heaven knows this and will fulfill His promise to you by your simple prophetic act of obedience of “going into your bank and drinking a cup of water.”
