God is purifying the godly people in America through its silence. This is a spiritual dichotomy that is nuclear in its power, child-like simple in its understanding, and a gold mine of rewards in its fulfillment. It has taken me a long spiritual journey to understand the meaning of this truth ~ that being purified is obtained through silence.
Over a year ago the Lord spoke to me in my spirit and said, “Pray that the activists are removed from America.” As I prayed this prayer the thought came to me as an interruption, “What about the Christian activists?” The Lord replied to me very sharply, “Yes, especially those!” This word from God troubled me deeply because it offended a lot of my religious tradition.
So I went into long periods of intercession, trying to enter into the presence of God to resolve these internal issues. I must be honest with you, God was very kind during my times of groaning in the Spirit. His presence visited me and comforted my troubling thoughts ~ although He would not let up that the activists must be removed.
It was then that I realized, through the prophet Isaiah speaking about Jesus: “A bruised reed He shall not break nor a smoking flax He shall not quench.” Jesus was not an activist, and I was moved by the Lord to be like Him and not someone else. So for literally a year I agonized over the removal of activism inside of me. This was a most humbling process.
But in this process I experienced the joy, peace, and wonder of the longsuffering that occurs when you close your mouth to all types of defense. I also discovered that my thoughts concerning others were becoming childlike and pure. As a matter-of-fact, this innocent thinking became quite addicting, and I wanted to think of more creative ways to think and create compliments that would be even more encouraging to others.
At this point, which occurred just a few days ago, God laid a bombshell of wonder on me. Jesus taught His disciples, “It is not what goes into a man that defiles him because that goes out in the dross, but it is what comes out of a man that defiles him.” In other words, if we say nothing while people around us are being activists, it literally purifies us when we go to the bathroom!
In the spiritual realm it means that if you believe that God will punish evil exclusively, and you also believe that God is your great rewarder exclusively ~ you will also believe that the angels will remove all of the activists around you. This is called total and complete trust in God ~ and God alone. When you and I achieve this level of trust, believe me the perfect thing that God has promised you is literally yours!
When my family and I were with Timothy Snodgrass the prophet of the Lord, the Lord gave us a vision of prayer rooms that were family mini-Disneyland’s located all over the earth ~ and families were praying together to let heaven’s perfect will be done on earth.
History tells us that Germany had 100 years of peace when the Heidelberg Emperor of the holy Roman empire had thousands of prayer warriors in the mountains of Europe praying 24 hours a day. This was the longest period of peace for any world empire. It is my prayer that America can become silent Christians who depend upon God and God alone ~ to save our nation and save the world.
