Let’s Live It Up

This last week God gave me a vision for the future and showed me that He is now beginning to change our culture’s view regarding it. Not until this week did I realize how negative many of us have been about almost everything in the future. The Lord spoke to me and said that’s about to change. God is destroying the mental strongholds in our minds that portray our future so bleakly. In the last thirty years, production of crops on a single acre of land in America has increased around 1000%. This has forced our government to pay farmers not to grow crops, so the price of food doesn’t drop so low that production would not be worthwhile. And, just this last week, it was announced that a new super wheat strain has been developed, increasing crop production even further.

The science of health is constantly extending the human lifespan. Innovations in technology have joined forces and are advancing so rapidly that scientists are exploring areas that never would’ve been considered a few years ago. For example, the ability to send a video camera into outer space for around $400; or holding a video conference with business partners halfway around the world with the realism of people sitting right across from you. The list of these kinds of illustrations could go on for pages. But the thing that God keeps showing me is that the greatest inventions are waiting to happen ~ in a future that you and I are supposed to take part in.

When some of you read this, it may sound too good to be true. That’s because your minds, your patterns of thinking, are plugged into the matrix of the current secular culture. It’s time for you to unplug from the negative news around you, from conversations of family and friends that are dragging you down, and start connecting up to the positive faith-filled voice of the Holy Spirit. Jesus said that the Holy Spirit will lead and guide you into all truth, the greatest you’ll ever receive, and they are positive, prosperous, and full of life.

One of the first things that the Holy Spirit will do is cleanse your personal life. By this I mean, He will stop you from being selfish, obnoxious, confrontational, and replace those things with love, simplicity of mind, and purity of heart. You must be willing to receive the impossibilities that God is about to do in the culture around you, before you physically possess them. It’s your faith that will draw the blessings to you. But they won’t happen if you don’t have a future you can believe in. Wow! What a great day tomorrow will be!
